They all work as a team and they treat each other like family. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Slavic in sales, he was great because not once did I feel rushed me any way. Slavic made sure to answer all my questions about certain vechicles that I noticed on the lot and then he took the time to explain the pros and cons on about each make and model then provided me with more info about the vechicles and informed me that I can view all of them on Ravmotors.com They had many great vechicles to choose from and with a big decision like this I was very indecisive about the car I wanted so Renat in Service was kind enough to probably have let me test drive a little more cars then I should have. He was very easy to work with and always had a positive attitude and made sure the car I purchased checked out perfect at service. I truly will not forget the outstanding customer service he provided to me. Mike (Mikhail) in financing provided me with one of the easiest financing experiences that I’ve had. Not only did we come up with numbers that were in my range and appreciated all the effort and calls that Renat in Management pulled together to make this happen. Most of all is that Mike made sure that I was happy and very helpful and I appreciated his patience and staying over his time and explaining all the great warranty options that I could proceed with. He definitely made my experience memorable and exceeded my expectations.
