Whole experience was not bad. But car was all over the place on my way back home. Also found that windshield washer did not work. Took the car to a local shop and front tires were dangerously bad with a huge crack right in the middle. And windshield washer problem was a bad actuator. So less than 100 miles I had to cough up $500. More

To say that they went above and beyond to provide great service would be a huge understatement! I had a vehicle related issue and called Roman to see if they’re even a chance to get to resolved since it wa service would be a huge understatement!
