I have never in my entire 66 years had such a bad experience at the Newport Ritchie and Wesley Chapel dealerships. Everybody is a liar. You never can talk to a manager. You just wanna hang up purchase a vehicle a month ago After 30 days. My trade-in still has not been paid off email from finance company that my trade-in car payment will be withdrawn from my checking account on the 21st when you called these people. They’re always very nice at first, but they are very, very rude. You can never talk to the managers because they are always conveniently not there as they all pull in and they’re very expensive vehiclesRange Rover’s Mercedes. Nobody wants to talk to an actual customer. Range Rover‘s Mercedes. Nobody wants to talk to a actual customer.
