Communication lacks throughout the department. I have gone in for 4 appointments trying to resolve my initial concerns/issues, to still not have it resolved as it should be. My car didn’t even make it home. They said they would pay for repairs and set up an appointment to repair other issues and it’s still not done. And no refund on repairs either.
