Ashley was fantastic as my salesperson for my new Jeep Wrangler. She made the entire experience friendly, comfortable, and completely no pressure while going over everything with me. I can honestly say she helped my partner and I decide this was the best decision.
Ozzie, the finance manager, did a great job helping me understand the value of protecting my vehicle beyond the warranty, including the oil change package, battery replacement, and GAP coverage.
Carrie also helped me understand the benefits of protecting my paint, underbody, and interior, which ultimately led me to choose almost all of the add-ons.
At every step, I felt informed — never pressured — and truly supported by the entire team. I'm extremely thankful that Ray CDJR helped make my dream of owning a Jeep Wrangler a reality never imagined it be a brand new one at that. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to anyone looking for a vehicle.
