Initially I went to this dealership because I received a response to an email from Bob Mazurek. Bob basically said "Hello" to us and "Goodbye" and Mike Kidd did the rest. Waiting times for different things were a bit long, (waiting for keys to move vehicles to test drive one, searching for the keys needed for the car chosen, and time spent looking for an owners manual for the car purchased--that was no where to be found). Overall, Mike made this a positive experience. More

I would rate all the people I dealt with a 6 on the scale of 5. I drove down from Finksburg and the drive was worth it.
