I have been to quite a few dealerships and have never been treated anywhere close to as good as I was at Heritage. Mike was very knowledgeable in all of the vehicles they had and was very straightforward been treated anywhere close to as good as I was at Heritage. This will be the third car I have purchased from Heritage Parkville. My husband and I will not go anywhere else. My salesperson was/is Mike Kydd. He is thee best! His knowledge and determination to make you happy is amazing. For me this was a 6 month process on my part. Manly because I was researching and I did not want to let go of my old car. Mike did follow up calls or emails throughout the months with information on new inventory they had that I may be interested in. I went in this past Monday @2 and left @9 with a beautiful Jeep Patriot that I look out at in our driveway and still can not believe it is mine. We spent such a nice time together I say we are BFF's now. I my self am in the customer service industry so I have to be honest. I do set my standard very high when I am on the receiving end. And Mike nailed it . He went above and beyond for me. For this he has customers for life, as well as a loud mouth customer who will throw his name out all over Baltimore as a recommendation. Not to mention the Dealership and Service department as a whole is great. As i said I have been dealing with them for 12 years.
