Mike is a West Texas native, coming to us from Brownwood, TX. He has been married to his wife for 40 years, and together they have 2 sons, 2 great daughter-in-laws, and 4 wonderful grandchildren. He loves to play golf and hunt on his free time. He loves the new 2014 Chevy Silverado because of the space and technology it offers.

Fist time buyers We went in feeling hopeless thinking we would not be able to get a car. One thing I wish is that we were advised a little better on what to bring, (si We went in feeling hopeless thinking we would not be able to get a car. One thing I wish is that we were advised a little better on what to bring, (since I called prior to find out and still didn't have everything) and given a better estimated time frame on how long it would take. We were advised approximately 45 minutes, but we were there around four hours.. I still had to come back the next day to bring back more documents. Fortunately, we were able to get approved and take the car home the same day. Only other thing I can say is I wish we were able to have been shown more than one car instead of the only option we were given and shown. Other than that I can say everyone there was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely consider this place when buying our next car. More

awersome I walked into the dealership thinking that my credit wasn't good enough to drive away with a new car. I was asked to be seated and this wonderful sale I walked into the dealership thinking that my credit wasn't good enough to drive away with a new car. I was asked to be seated and this wonderful salesman Mike Lambert came out talked to me and my friend and I explain my situation to him he then ask me for my info and then he asked me for my permission to run my credit . He then went and talked to another wonderful man in the credit dept. Mr. Jeramy and when he can out he told me lets go pick out you a car. Sabrina in the finance dept. didn't waste no time getting my paper work done. I rate this team 101% for their hard work and special thanks to my sale rep Mike Lambert for telling me to keep my faith. More

Everyone that knew I was looking for a new truck advised me to shop the BIG dealearships and I would get a better "deal". Well, that is absolutely not true. When I visited with Mike, I knew he was really listening to me. He found just exactly what I asked for and delivered it to me in a timely and hassle free way at the best price. So Happy and helped above and beyond! Drove into Gladewater from Holly Lake Ranch. We were met by the scheduler Summer when we told her we would be in. Her supervisor Alisa then matched us Drove into Gladewater from Holly Lake Ranch. We were met by the scheduler Summer when we told her we would be in. Her supervisor Alisa then matched us up with the best Solutions Specialist Mike Lambert who showed us the car we saw on the website and another vehicle that we requested to try out. He spent all the time we needed to make a decision which lead to a sale and then the following day Mike spent time answering all the questions I had regarding the car and helped set up settings that I was clueless about. We then met Johnny (who was born in the same town as my grandfather) in Finance for the paperwork, he made that a fun time instead of drudgery. Had a great time buying a new car which is usually a grind. Not so at McKaig Chevrolet!! More
