Absolutely great service and completely 5 star rating. My 2016 HRV had a noise when I pushed on accelerator and let up and then pushed it again at 35 to 40 and it was very annoying. I was shown the service area and introduced to Scotty Westercalm who runs a great service department. While waiting for your car, you can have a manicure, watch a movie on a high def. big screen and have breakfast or lunch...all for free. My service advisor, Rob Young, makes sure I have the shuttle if I want to go shopping or a movie instead of waiting for the car. People are friendly and the place is immaculate. More

A great car-buying experience I went in to test drive (and was planning on purchasing) a 2014 Honda CR-V. I walked into the showroom and Ramy was the first to speak. I told him wha I went in to test drive (and was planning on purchasing) a 2014 Honda CR-V. I walked into the showroom and Ramy was the first to speak. I told him what I was interested in, but they didn't have my preferred color choice. Ramy encouraged me to look at the 2015 and promised he would give me a great price if I decided to go with that car. From there it was just easy! I spent about 2 hours there initially, doing a test drive with Doug Brown (a wonderful, kind, and helpful person!) and learning about the features of the 2015 CR-V. Then I spent very little time with Ramy crunching numbers - and came away with a very fair price in a range that was satisfactory to everyone. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or patronized - and that's important, being a female who was doing the whole deal, start to finish, on her own. I then came back a few hours later, and spent less than 2 more there to finish the deal. By the early evening I literally had a TEAM of people working with me. Ramy, Mike Lehman, and Doug Brown were all great. They met the rest of my family when I came back to sign all the paperwork, and gave us hugs before we left. Mike even insisted that we take a family photo in front of the new motorized family member, with my kids jumping up and down. Thanks everyone for the family photo, but more importantly, the family treatment! More
