We went in on a Saturday and were greeted within minutes. We knew we wanted an Accord so it was a matter of price. We felt comfortable that we received a great car for a great price. Once we purchased the Accord that afternoon, the staff was also helpful in explaining the service process and even the controls inside the car. All the time I was there Mike assured me that he would not lose my business based on price and he was right. After a short negotiation period, Mike and I agreed on a price. It was a simple process. He located the car with the exact options in the color I wanted and had it delivered to me in 2 days. Low pressure sales coupled with fast friendly service and a willingness to bend over backwards is what I've been looking for in a dealership and sales individual all along.
