My Service Wrighter was very good. ... The problem was solved. And I got it back within 2-hrs. PROBLEMS: When I called for a appointment I was told it would be up to 48 hrs before m ... The problem was solved. And I got it back within 2-hrs. PROBLEMS: When I called for a appointment I was told it would be up to 48 hrs before my car would be even put on the computer.... WHY? So this appointment was not for my car to be FIXED. This appointment is to just wright up the order, why again? I can do the on line or over the pone... when I bring in my car I expect it to be looked at within an hour to at least let me know if I need to to leave it to be fixed... NO, I have to LEAVE it just to be hooked up to the magic computer..... There is something wrong here.... Maybe you need more people that can use the Magic Computer.... Luckey, my car was put on the Magic computer quickly, and the fixed. More
