Michael Lombrozo was a true professional from the initial contact all the way through delivery of my new Lyriq. He made everything easy and straightforward. No games, no xx. Very detail oriented. When he saw that two valve stem caps were missing on my car delivery, he immediately found some and made sure everything was perfect. He took the time to go over all the features and made sure I was satisfied with everything before we left. I wish all car sales consultants were like him. Thanks again Michael.
