I came in for an oil change and other service and ended up financing a new car. Everyone from the service department (Mike) and those I dealt with were so friendly. From the receptionist Jalissa who look up financing a new car. Everyone from the service department (Mike) and those I dealt with were so friendly. From the receptionist Jalissa who looked up the car I was looking for to Giovanni who located the car and was my sales agent. He located a new car, similar to the one I wanted so I could test it out. Eliezer assisted in getting me the right deal and completed my finance paperwork. Mike once again assisted with the loaner paperwork until my new car is ready. The whole process went smoother then the dreaded car sales experience. Thank You All!! More
