Mike or MAC as some call him is the most senior member of the Spirit sales team. He’s been with Spirit since the very beginning, joining the team in 1991. Since then he’s done it all at some point. Mike’s worked as the Service Manager, Finance Manager and now has found a home in sales. His repeat customer rate speaks for itself. People have come to Mike for years and years to buy their new vehicles. He’s very knowledgeable and is always on top of all the latest trends and topics in the automotive world. Outside of work, Mike enjoys going fishing down the shore whether it’s out in the bay or over offshore canyons. He has been married 38 years to the love of his life Patricia and is the father of two daughters, Jess and Paige. If you need a good story, Mike surely has one to tell. Pleasant employees from the sales dept. (Mac) to the parts dept for assistantance and even a quick chat with the Sales manager. Only negative was my research on trade-in value. Thought that using blue-book and looking at same truck online for sales would have generated a higher trade-in value. Car.com has always been way off. Should be able to generate at least 5 to 6 thousand knowing that the trade in was in pristine condition. Thought I should have received a thousand more for trade. More

I’ve been coming to Spirit for about 30 yrs since 1994 and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service led by Ron Baus and general Mgr Mike Baus. They make me feel like true family when I see and deal with them and I am always bragging about the dealership to many others through the many years.
