Mike or MAC as some call him is the most senior member of the Spirit sales team. He’s been with Spirit since the very beginning, joining the team in 1991. Since then he’s done it all at some point. Mike’s worked as the Service Manager, Finance Manager and now has found a home in sales. His repeat customer rate speaks for itself. People have come to Mike for years and years to buy their new vehicles. He’s very knowledgeable and is always on top of all the latest trends and topics in the automotive world. Outside of work, Mike enjoys going fishing down the shore whether it’s out in the bay or over offshore canyons. He has been married 38 years to the love of his life Patricia and is the father of two daughters, Jess and Paige. If you need a good story, Mike surely has one to tell. Excellent service always good from start to finish, service managers are awesome. I ended up buying tires, they found a bad front tire but gave a few options to get what was comfortable for me for pr service managers are awesome. Odor in cabin. Truck was in shop for two days. They did not fix it. Truck back in shop for 2 1/2 weeks. The cabin still smells like mold. I paid $436.00 the first Truck was in shop for two days. They did not fix it. Truck back in shop for 2 1/2 weeks. The cabin still smells like mold. I paid $436.00 the first time. Second time i had to pay $181.00. I had to rent a car with cost $592.00. This vehicle is a lease and still under warranty should not had to deal with all this ! Chrysler is terrible ! The back window was leaking for who knows how long. The back carpet most likely has black MOLD under neath. It should of been replaced. Instead they are using bombs / cleaning solutions. I open all the windows when i enter the vehicle. Lease is up in four months. Don't want to deal with having it fixed again. Cant belive i had to do through all that and truck still smells ! I've been leasing Ram trucks since 2004 ! Thats about 8 trucks ! Not a happy customer ! More
