Great experience, great service, great deal. Mike Manning made the process quick and easy. We were apprehensive about purchasing in this crazy time (Nov 2021) with car prices at all time highs and supplies l made the process quick and easy. We were apprehensive about purchasing in this crazy time (Nov 2021) with car prices at all time highs and supplies limited. We got a better than expected trade-in deal and found the perfect vehicle, which was priced exactly where KBB indicated it should be. NO funny business with surcharges or other fees to increase the price. The purchase was quick and easy and we were home, with our new vehicle, in time for lunch. Thanks Mike and the Forrester’s team. My husband and I have purchased and have had experiences in other states with other dealerships, some were very good and some less than stellar. Forrester Lincoln and Mike Manning are exceptionally praise-w in other states with other dealerships, some were very good and some less than stellar. Forrester Lincoln and Mike Manning are exceptionally praise-worthy! The service and customer care we received while we owned our MKZ, then the purchase of a Navigator (from Mike), and most recently the ordering and purchase of an Aviator (from Mike) have been extraordinary! Mike goes above and beyond the extra mile in sales and caring for his customers. He is friendly, professional and follows through on what he promises. The Forrester Lincoln dealership (service and repair) are also very friendly, professional, and caring. We have found Mike Manning and Forrester Lincoln are simply outstanding in every way! More
