Mike Martin and the Golling team absolutely exceeded my expectation. This was my first brand new vehicle I have every purchased with my own money. I had no clue what to expect from both the dealership or expectation. This was my first brand new vehicle I have every purchased with my own money. I had no clue what to expect from both the dealership or the salesman I would eventually deal with. When I went to Golling the first time, Mike assisted me with information on a couple of vehicles I was curious in purchasing. Ultimately, I asked about the Jeep Patriot because I did some research on it beforehand and somewhat knew it was the vehicle for me. Mike answered every question of mine accurately and honestly. Eventually I came back to Golling when I was ready to buy the Jeep. Mike made the process easy, simple, and most importantly relaxing! He encouraged me over and over to ask any questions I may have in which he gave a professional answer. Overall, Mike Martin is a great salesman but more importantly he is a great person. He did not try to trick me or sell me anything I did not need. He did not try to take advantage of an inexperienced buyer either. Chad was exceptional. Very helpful and definitely did his best. We did not appreciate being left in the dark regarding financing. We didn't like that after we had agreed to buy the car and then signed his best. We did not appreciate being left in the dark regarding financing. We didn't like that after we had agreed to buy the car and then signed paperwork, the vehicle was kept for service 2 days longer than expected. The whole experience was very frustrating. Yes the people are very friendly and the dealership is immaculate...but I don't think we were treated well. I was very disappointed and have told my husband on numerous occassions that I would not recommend Golling. More

I really like going to Golling because it is kid friendly and filled with people who take the time to help you. When we arrived to test drive 2 vehicles, both were waiting for us, running and warm. After we had selected the vehicle for us, the process literally took 2 hours and we left with our van.
