Ted was and is knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, and he has the patience of Job as marked by the time he spent with us to get comfortable with all the features of each car. And if we ever couldn't figure out a new feature he welcomed us back to make sure we understood what we needed to know so that we would be safe and happy. More
