My wife and I bought our first AUDI from Morong in 2002. We liked our car, AUDI TT, so much that we came back and since then have bought 4 more. I think that says it all. I don't remember the salesman's name when we bought our first AUDI. All the rest that we bought our salesman was Ted Cianchette. Our latest purchase is a AUDI Q7 and we love it. Ted was and is knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, and he has the patience of Job as marked by the time he spent with us to get comfortable with all the features of each car. And if we ever couldn't figure out a new feature he welcomed us back to make sure we understood what we needed to know so that we would be safe and happy. More

Best car ever! I bought my VW Jetta last March and Ted was so busy that afternoon. He still took the time to help me with buying my car. We worked with Ted Cianchette and found him to be knowledgeable, laid back, respectful, HONEST, and totally without any kind of pressure. We were not bothered with numerous telephone calls. There was no negativity about other brands or dealerships. We enjoyed and learned from his insights about cars in general and Audis in particular. He spent an amazing amount of time introducing the Audi Q5 to us, both before and after the purchase. Peter Sowles, the general manager, was pleasant and respectful, and also totally without any kind of pressure of any kind. Finally, Jake helped us with the paperwork and was the same. In our experience, through (too) many years, this was the best car buying interaction ever. More
