The only complaints I have is the parts department we dealt with Kimberly Schlapkohl and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable in the products they were selling or what they were for. We are brand new never owned a travel trailer before owners so we had no clue what we needed for our first time out and when we asked her she didn’t know either. I think if you have someone that has never owned a trailer before giving a list of must need items for your first time out is a must. Also the run through of the trailer is a lot of information at once so we are very thankful for YouTube. Overall I would definitely recommend Dodd Rv to buy a trailer from! More

Michael took care of our trade in and helped us make our dream a reality. Arnold and Sherri were an excellent team on the financing/paperwork side of the house and we didn’t waste any time at closing and there was no pressure for add on services. We got the protections/warranty we wanted and are extremely satisfied. A huge shoutout to the service team for a thorough Pre-Delivery Inspection and a rapid fix of the few minor details we spotted on delivery day. A heartfelt thank to Pete and the rest of the delivery team for going above and beyond on the longest possible walk thru of the RV. I say that in the best way. They did not rush us, gave great instruction, listened to our questions and we felt confident when we left the dealer. The inside service and parts team helped us make a few needed purchases and were helpful, considerate and extremely professional. Bottom line: if you are looking for a reputable dealer with professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest team members, go to Dodd RV. More

Scott was a great sales person. He let us take our time to look at the motor home that we were interested in and did not push us towards a sale. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful.
