The check-in process was fast and seamless. Mike (I think that was his name), the service associate who checked me in, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, fast and very efficient. The loaner car/car rental process was equally as seamless, and extremely convenient. The associates in that department were wonderful as well. The overall check in process was great and much faster than I expected. The service on my car is still in question as my car just started making a noise similar to what I brought it in for, so this week I will have to contact the dealer/service department again to see what’s going on. However, the service employees that I spoke with and dealt with were great. Overall, it was a good experience. More

Mike Mckenzie was most attentive and helpful with my needs. He took plenty of time explaining to me what my needs for the vehicle maintenance were Plus recommending additional service needed. My Cadillac had some sort of an electrical issue. It took three weeks to get an appointment. I had to pay $250 to find out it’s the battery. I ended up having to get a new battery. The whole experience cost me $471 and I took the Cadillac in at 9:00 and got it back at 4:30. Not happy!! More
