I went into this delearship looking at an Equinox that was listed at one price. The original salesman was nice and professional, the manager was nice and professional. I did go in asking for a difficult deal with a trade in I was underwater on as o e option, but I also knew that might be impossible. They undervalued the trade, told me my credit score was 40 points less than it was and financing wouldn’t be what I wanted. I understood no hard feelings besides for some $5,000 rebate on the car I couldn’t get. I went home and got outside financing, called back asking about the same vehicle and tried to get an answer on what the $5,000 rebate was and if I could get the car for that price with my financing setup. No one seemed to be able to answer that question. Moral of the story, don’t expect to pay the price they have it listed for. More
