Well your technicians need to make sure they CHECK their records before they tell a customer they need an alignment. I had my inspection done and in February I was there due to an issue & I had my alignmen records before they tell a customer they need an alignment. Very thankful for the vehicle we got eventually. It was a swift & professional one; from spotting it on Car Gurus to closing out the deal took less than 48 hours. One challenge if not strange snag though was that the price we were given was over $1,000 higher than what Car Gurus displayed. You don't expect to be ambushed by such hidden charges. Do you? Nevertheless, the attitude of the staff made everything else worth the trouble. More
