The service center communication is horrible completely horrible.. it’s no way they keep your vehicle for more than 3 weeks and still don’t have a date as to when will you be reimbursed for your rental th horrible.. it’s no way they keep your vehicle for more than 3 weeks and still don’t have a date as to when will you be reimbursed for your rental that you had to pay outta pocket while your vehicle is being serviced. However ford is supposed to pay for the first 5 days that’s mandatory but that’s something you have to find out on your own because they surly will not inform you. My car been out the shop for 2 weeks and I still don’t have an answer as to when can I come pick up my reimbursement check. Dave the service manager keeps telling me to ask Tyler the person that was working on my vehicle, but when I do all he has is a lot of rebuttals and no clear answer. My wife and I dread going to car dealerships. However, Chapman Ford completely changed our view. We worked with David Greenberg and our experience was excellent; he even sang for us (Yes).
