I had the pleasure of visiting Bozard Lincoln years ago for tire service on our MKT. They've always been impressive, as is their facility. We were in the market for a newer Lincoln, so we reached out to Mike Murdock for an Aviator with a specific list of features and a reasonable price. He kept his eye out for our next Certified Used Lincoln until he found one to meet our list. After he personally vetted the car for us, he called to have us come see it. We went, and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and no pressure, which is always a relief when you're shopping for a car. The sales team was genuinely helpful, taking the time to help us to understand the features on the 2023 Aviator Grand Touring, and were very patient as we made up our minds to deal on it. After deciding that this was the right car, the financing process was smooth and transparent. We felt comfortable with the terms and appreciated that they walked us through everything step by step. Overall, my visit to Bozard Lincoln, as usual, was a pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful, but the staff made it a lot easier and even enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle! More
