When we came back to trade it in for a Lexus RX 350h, the entire team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Our salesperson, Mike Nelson, handled both transactions and was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and positive. Anel Sharma in the finance department was also fantastic, once again! They took the time to credit us for our previous warranties and seamlessly transfer and extend coverage to the new vehicle. That level of care and attention really stood out.
