We had an excellent experience with Westside Lexus from start to finish twice in 4 months! We originally purchased a Lexus TX 350 in August, but after getting it home we realized it was just a bit too l start to finish twice in 4 months! We originally purchased a Lexus TX 350 in August, but after getting it home we realized it was just a bit too large for our garage. When we came back to trade it in for a Lexus RX 350h, the entire team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Our salesperson, Mike Nelson, handled both transactions and was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and positive. Anel Sharma in the finance department was also fantastic, once again! They took the time to credit us for our previous warranties and seamlessly transfer and extend coverage to the new vehicle. That level of care and attention really stood out.
