Service writer was great. There was an issue with the part needed to repair my vehicle. It took almost two months to resolve. There were no options as per supplying a rental vehicle or options on aftermarket parts because status was “part on back order” instead of part not available. My warranty only covers OEM parts. The service manager never seemed to be available to talk to and never returned my calls, his voicemail box was full most of the time. After several calls to corporate, the status changed from back order to not available. With the help of Frank Cisneros, he spoke to a Chrysler rep that finally okayed the repair with a aftermarket replacement part. More
