Scheduled appointment online with Luis Sanchez. When I checked in with Mike the service manager he said he had been on vacation. They had my car and full day without any contact the with me. When I went in at 5:30pm I was told Mike was supposed to call and tell me they were "too busy" to even look at my car. I visited last year and the same non-contact treatment. They replaced with front half axles. I went to Premiere Jeep in Buena Park and got top notch service and a free rental. While they replaced by axles again because they were already bad. I had spoken to Mike after my visit last year and told him the axles they replaced didn't look new and I still had the same noises. Turns out they were still the old axles but Premier and Stellantis took care of everything. Don't visit McPeek. More
