It was a little bit of an effort to talk with a service rep at first but once I did, it was smooth sailing. My service advisor Mike Northcut handles the needs I have pertaining to my jeep in a quick and rep at first but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Very helpful service advisor was great my 2026 Dodge ram bighorn had a problem with the entertainment center found out the entertainment center was not in production at first they did not know how long it w bighorn had a problem with the entertainment center found out the entertainment center was not in production at first they did not know how long it would take.
