Steer Clear Steer clear. Very bad experience. They approved my financing at night, I secured the down payment the next day. Set an appt to come in to pick up the Steer clear. Very bad experience. They approved my financing at night, I secured the down payment the next day. Set an appt to come in to pick up the car. Ran to my bank to get the cashiers check made out to Sullivan. I came in at my appt time and as I drove in, my car the salesman was supposedly holding was pulling out of the lot. They sold the car to someone else as I was on my way in. I'm guessing the deal was a little better for them. Customers mean nothing to these guys. Selling cars at all costs is what they do. Buyer beware. They also tried to gouge me on the finance rate. I bought a car the next morning at a different dealership. The finance rate was 5% lower ironically from the same lender and thankfully I got a better car for less money. Most of all I dealt with a dealer who actually put the customer first. Buyer beware of Sullivan Buick GMC. More

I chose to go to Sullivan because a co-worker and friend of mine's brother, Mike Bott, is the Sales Manager there and he recommended dealing with his brother and said I wouldn't be disappointed. Bott became one of my buddies from the minute I called over there saying I was coming in to look at a new Terrain. He is such a caring and good guy and handed me over to Gabe, the Sales Consultant, who was equally as awesome to deal with. He went above and beyond my expectations of the "family treatment" and I am extremely happy with my new truck. Also, Bill and Mike in Finance are fantastic to deal with...even if it's 9pm by the time you decide to buy the truck! Pleasant buying experience I visited Sullivan to look at a car they had featured online and spoke to Ed Levine. The car was not currently on the lot at that time but I kept in t I visited Sullivan to look at a car they had featured online and spoke to Ed Levine. The car was not currently on the lot at that time but I kept in touch with Ed and set up an appointment a few days later. He let me know he would not be there at the time I was coming and put me in touch with Gabe Szwec who helped me out when I arrived. I ended up purchasing the car I had went to see and the process was very comfortable and simple. Gabe never once put on a hard sell about the car and just kind of asked what I thought about the vehicle, I was actually the one to tell him that I would like to go inside and discuss a deal. I was purchasing a certified used vehicle and the information provided on the history of the car was very thorough and made me feel comfortable buying it used. I traded in my old car and I feel they gave a somewhat fair value for it. Although I did think it was worth a little more, the price on the vehicle I was purchasing was more than fair. Once I made the decision Gabe moved through the process of purchase very smoothly and was very informative of every step in the process, many questions I didn't even have to ask because he covered things so well. I finalized the deal with Mike O'Connell who was also very friendly and enjoyable to be dealing with. Overall I can say that I got a fair deal on my car and feel confident in my choice in going with Sullivan. I had visited other dealerships in the process and they were all the stereotypical car buying experience from feeling hassled and preyed on, to getting wound up in a deal where you barely know whats going on. Sullivan was quite the opposite and I never felt rushed and felt that the friendliness of the staff was genuine and not coming from a place of trying to push a deal. The best I can sum it up was that my purchase from Sullivan gave me the impression that my purchase was appreciated, and at other places they feel entitled to any sale that occurs. More

Mkey Ayoub/Sullivan great guides to new car buying I bought a Buick Encore from Sullivan Buick GMC on Wednesday. I have very high regard to both Mike and Sullivan. Mike guided us through the car buying I bought a Buick Encore from Sullivan Buick GMC on Wednesday. I have very high regard to both Mike and Sullivan. Mike guided us through the car buying process with knowledge, thoroughness, kindness and a very real sense that he was on our side. I don't think he mentioned the words sell or buy at any point. We spent our time with him learning about the car and the visit seem to evolve into a sense that this car was the right fit for me. Only after Mike carefully explained the details of the car and we took a test ride did he begin to discuss financial details and work (hard) to explain financial details. No hard sell. No assumption that we would buy this car. Mike is very good at his job. I should mention that I am female. Although my husband came with me on the visit, this was the first car in many years of car buying that I bought for myself. Mike never made me feel inadequate about the process. He directed his attention and concern to me at all times and I haven't had that experience at other dealerships...ever. I feel as if I got a good deal on a great car at Sullivan. The dealership is very very well run. From the time we walked in the door until we left, we sensed a very well run business. They guys don't need to chase customers. They know how good they are and they know the product. I came back another day with the title to my trade in and had a question about the the car's lack of an integrated garage door opener in the Encore. An employee in used car sales caught me eye and walked out to the car with me to check the car without my even asking. He too was extremely kind and professional as was Mike O'Connell in finance. Thanks to Mike Ayoub and everyone else at Sullivan for taking such good care of us. More
