I got to the dealership and my options regarding cars were waiting on me. Between the sales person and the finance person, the paper work took no time at all. Everyone were so friendly and I felt very confident about making the purchase. I would definitely refer my family and friends to Sullivan Buick GMC. Making this purchase was not a hassle at all such as many car dealerships that I have visited. And it was! We walked in on a Saturday at 4 pm, and although the dealership closes at 5, we walked out at 6:30 with our new car. Jeremy Wooley was professional, friendly, and helpful. We never felt pushed to buy, nor rushed to get out the door. We would highly recommend Jeremy and all the staff we worked with that day. Impeccable buying experience After taking several months to decide on a car and visiting at least 6 different dealerships for Buick and Chevrolet, we were put in touch with Ariel After taking several months to decide on a car and visiting at least 6 different dealerships for Buick and Chevrolet, we were put in touch with Ariel Szwec and Mark Latta at Sullivan. They were extremely up-front with no game playing. They did a fantastic job sitting down with us, explaining all of our options and determining what made the most sense for us financially and to best meet our needs. We never found ourselves second guessing our experience at Sullivans and felt very comfortable that we were not only treated fairly, but that the folks at Sullivan bent over backwards to make it an easy and well-informed purchasing decision. Mike was a pleasure to deal with in finance and took great care to make sure we were apprised of our options and that we selected options the were best in line with our desires.
