Choose Koons Tysons Toyota Koons Tysons Toyota has had a 13 year track record for me with great customer service and taking car of my car! It all started way back when with kind Koons Tysons Toyota has had a 13 year track record for me with great customer service and taking car of my car! It all started way back when with kindest salesman... Bob Alexander! Service reps are the best and all of the staff members greet you with a smile. I'm comfortable bringing my car in every time and trust the maintenance recommendations. Even through my car is over 13 years old, it's in great driving condition... and that probably would be the case had it not been for the wonderful car care provided by Tysons... Shout out to one of my best service Reps. Mike O'Neil...because of his great customer service has moved up in the ranks; and now a new shout out to my latest service Rep. RRRRocky Jones! :-) I appreciate all you guys at Koons Tysons Toyota and will keep bringing my car in for oil change and other services for the next million miles! Sjk More

Sales Manager makes a difference ! I have purchased my 2015 Toyota Sienna and specifically was referred to Jack Ballinghoff [Manager} and he directed me to one of his reps but stayed in I have purchased my 2015 Toyota Sienna and specifically was referred to Jack Ballinghoff [Manager} and he directed me to one of his reps but stayed involved in the purchase and made sure I was extremely satisfied before the deal was completed. Because of this and the way Jack runs that dealership, I have referred several friends to them and will continue to do so. Great, personal service ! Thanks Jack ! More

Great deal, Great service From sales manager Jack Balingof {SP} to my salesman, Mike Summers to service ad visor Mike O'Neal, these guys were on top of their game to make sure From sales manager Jack Balingof {SP} to my salesman, Mike Summers to service ad visor Mike O'Neal, these guys were on top of their game to make sure I was one satisfied customer. They did just that ! I have owned Chrysler T & C for years, having a band and needing the room, but also wanting comfort. Jack assessed my needs and directed me to Mike Summers who patiently showed me all of my options. The 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE is a great vehicle and retains it's value substantially better than the Town & Country,. I am extremely pleased and the contact / service after the sale has been excellent. The service adviser, Mike O'Neal gave me his cell number to expedite something he was looking into for me. That is ALL good service and I am a sales manager, and believe me I know, so I appreciate the personalized touch, such as Jack periodically checking in to make sure I was totally happy with the deal. Friendliness, Professionalism, Excellence in Sales/Service Mr. Clyde Perry, Sales, was instrumental in my decision to purchase a new Highlander Platinum Limited. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from him, and Mr. Clyde Perry, Sales, was instrumental in my decision to purchase a new Highlander Platinum Limited. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from him, and association goes back approximately 8 years. Knowledgeable concerning the product, and professional and friendly in his demeanor. My Association with this dealership since 2003: purchased 2003 Tacoma CrewCab, 2005 Tundra CrewCab, 2007 Tundra CrewCab, 2008 Highlander, and now the 2014 Highlander Platinum Limited. Service Department also instrumental in my decision to purchase at this dealership. Mr. Mike O'Neill is primary reason due to his knowledge, skills, and abilities--consummate professional. Have referred many friends and family to this dealership. Recently sent friend to Mr. Perry who bought a new RAV4 and he related how pleasant the experience was with Mr. Perry. Why listen to me... b/c I'm a repeat buyer here, and have received service here for the past 8 years. They've earned my trust and won my business. This is my 7th Toyota in 40 years - a 2011 Hybrid Camry. received service here for the past 8 years. They've earned my trust and won my business. This is my 7th Toyota in 40 years - a 2011 Hybrid Camry. Previous Koons purchase is our 2008 RAV 4. Have had all service these past 8 years on these and a 2003 Camry all done at Koons Tysons Toyota. I do the homework before going anywhere, and when at Koons both you and they get the grade: A+. Their sales staff are attentive, eager to please and motivated. Their service staff listen and I don't have to repeat myself to express what appears the matter when I bring my cars in. Managers are exceptionally caring and willing to help - they want loyal customers. They support their sales and service staff to keep the cost I pay down. Their "100K miles owners specials" and their military discount for service are there for the asking. As a retired navy captain, I appreciate the bargains, and the respect I receive, and I'll continue to sing their praises. Here's an entry from my personal journal from last week when I purchased my 2011 Hybrid Camry, I may not be gifted in verse, so I'm glad I've got a day job, but my sentiments are sincere and true: High on my Hybrid, Crazy ‘bout my Camry, Keepin’ with Koons Driving my car, Flying our flag, singing your praises. This car’s not a drag. She’s a Toy, she’s a joy. She’s the real McCoy, and she makes no noise. She’s my green machine, and on gas she’s lean; low price? Obscene! Got her today; she’s mechanical gray.
