It is going to accommodate my young credit score. It is within my budget. In the next 5 hours, I have test-driven the Premium Crosstrek and fell for it; got a credit-worthy score and felt proud of myself; haggled good enough (or so I believe) and fitted the monthly amortization into my budget...all through the professional touch of Chito Encarnacion. And the best part of that night was, I drove out of the dealership in my dream car! Of course, I would gladly recommend the great Subaru team and dealership to my friends! More

His friendly manner and knowledge of the products made it easy for me to think through what I really wanted in my next car. He was patient in explaining the differences between the various models and did a great job of listening to what was most important to me. I was able to make an educated decision in choosing the best car for me, the 2017 Outback Touring. He went above and beyond in locating the exact car for me and had it ready for me on the day it was most convenient for me to pick up. On delivery day, Chito took the time to go through all the wonderful features of this car, set up my phone, and helped me to understand how everything operated. He introduced me to the people in the service department and made sure I would be well taken care of in the future.
