I originally went to the dealership where I got the original lease and was simply not happy with the service I received. I decided to come to Hudson Subaru and see what my customer service experience would be there. Chito Encarnacion was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. For the next 5 hours he answered all my questions, helped me crunch numbers and helped me find the car that met all of my specifications. He has a professional demeanor and warmth that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him. I must also comment on how professional and friendly Mike from the finance department was. Mike made the final step of the deal a breeze with his upbeat conversation! I look forward to seeing everyone again!! More

Excellent Service Chito helped us decide on which vehicle to buy and worked within our budget. He is the type who patiently listens to what you want and work from there giving all options possible. He even gave us tips and tutorials on our Crosstrek. He goes straight to the point no BS unlike other agents we've encountered in the past. VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXCELLENT SERVICE. He even introduced us to the Staff in the SUBARU SERVICE Dept. And HE took time to make the 1st maintenance of our Car as well -6 mos ahead :-). Awesome experience and Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back! Mike of Finance was also very helpful and patient too, especially with dealing with our Sister :-) More

They are Decietful I bought an Acura TL from this dealer, they showed me the car without washing and i realized there were bunch of scratches later. Had to change brake I bought an Acura TL from this dealer, they showed me the car without washing and i realized there were bunch of scratches later. Had to change brake pads. They also charged 600 dollars extra in NC taxes and registration, Even after reaching them several times they have not refunded my money. Please keep away. They are only good while selling the car. More

TRY ANOTHER SUBARU DEALERSHIP - NOT HUDSON SUBARU, Jersey I love Subaru, but this dealership is not the best one ! First of all- My experience with Mike Pace was not very pleasant. As soon as he realiz I love Subaru, but this dealership is not the best one ! First of all- My experience with Mike Pace was not very pleasant. As soon as he realize that I don't want to purchase any additional warranty, He became very aggressive. Similarly, As soon as they realize that you are going to purchase the car that you like. They start to modify the deals/ calculations and change the agreement and make sure that you get confused. A lot of mixed messages, and back and forward deals between the contact person and the backdoor salesman. It was annoying. I also think that I did not get real value of my previous car. No transparency ! In summary- they did not establish a thrust ! Next time- I will go somewhere else More
