Had a horrible service experience. We brought our 2021 car in for the first service and the next morning had a puddle of oil under the car. Called service and they made excuses that it was leaking because car in for the first service and the next morning had a puddle of oil under the car. Called service and they made excuses that it was leaking because it was a new car and the drain plug probably was not right. Service manager Mike explained it was a bad nylon washer, but the drain plug does not even have a nylon washer!. No one would take responsibility for the mistake of not tightening the drain plug correctly. I understand that mistakes happen, but not owning up to it is unacceptable. More

Columbia ford does a good job in the shop however ripped me off. I paid then a week later Columbia ford withdrew money from my account a second time for the same service. Taking from someones account withou me off. I paid then a week later Columbia ford withdrew money from my account a second time for the same service. Taking from someones account without permission is considered fraud and should be handled as such. Just to be clear, the people you are making me rate are not all the people i worked with in service. Also I’ve only worked with one of the sales people shown. More
