I arrived before 8 am and was immediately received by the helpful service department who listened to my explanation about the odd noise my vehicle made during left turns at speed. It turned out it was a prob helpful service department who listened to my explanation about the odd noise my vehicle made during left turns at speed. It turned out it was a problem with one of the tires. It was addressed by moving that tire to another wheel. I'm happy to have the problem resolved and the regular maintenance also taken care of. I've owned my Kia 2 and a half years and enjoyed excellent service from Columbia Ford/Kia. More

Had a horrible service experience. We brought our 2021 car in for the first service and the next morning had a puddle of oil under the car. Called service and they made excuses that it was leaking because car in for the first service and the next morning had a puddle of oil under the car. Service manager Mike explained it was a bad nylon washer, but the drain plug does not even have a nylon washer!. No one would take responsibility for the mistake of not tightening the drain plug correctly. I understand that mistakes happen, but not owning up to it is unacceptable. More

Columbia ford does a good job in the shop however ripped me off. I paid then a week later Columbia ford withdrew money from my account a second time for the same service.
