It was easy to work with Mike. Ii was at another dealer and they would not deviate from script and Mike listened to me. I was asked once is I wanted to drive the new car and I said no need, I know the veh and they would not deviate from script and Mike listened to me. I was asked once is I wanted to drive the new car and I said no need, I know the vehicle and he listened. elsewhere I was asked no less than 10 times. The transaction went smoothly and did not take all day and not lots of lines about oh I have to get this or that approved by a manager they offered the price and trade in was fair.
