Because of a unusual noise and was told by both dealerships that what I heard was normal.So I was visiting family in weatherford, and decided to take my car to ShottenKirk toyota dealership and Mike Pfender was the one that helped me, And he took the time to listen to the noise that I was talking about, and agreed that it was not a normal noise. And he told me that he would get it in and get it looked at and they would get it all fixed up.And that is exactly what they did. I am super excited now cause I don't have to hear the noise that was driving me insane, which was a loose axle nut.
And I'm extremely satisfied with the service they gave me considering they fixed the problem and the other two dealerships, I took it to could not. And in fact told me that what I was hearing was normal. So I definitely recommend this dealership, if I could give it a 100 stars, I would
