Mike was extremely helpful, efficient and kept us informed. Mike and the technician diagnosed the issues with my car. It was estimated repairs would take several days due to ordering parts. Mike was able to expedite delivery of parts and my car was ready the next day. And it runs like new! The quick turnaround was much appreciated! While Mike would say he was just doing his job, I think he went the extra mile. This is why I have and will continue to have all my service done at this dealership and glad Mike is my service manager. More
