I drove away with the perfect car and was more than happy with what I got for my trade in and the price of my new car. Dealership was clean, well staffed with friendly people and felt homey with the lounges, coffee and fruit bar. Unlike sterile dealerships I've dealt with in the past. My best car buying experience ever! I first visited Heuberger Subaru with my neighbor, who was looking for a car. I wandered around while she did the financial papers. I have been looki I first visited Heuberger Subaru with my neighbor, who was looking for a car. I wandered around while she did the financial papers. I have been looking for quite a while and haven't found anything that I really cared for. The sales associate that helped her, answered all the questions I had about the various vehicles. Being a woman, I have found in the past, that a lot of sales associates think that you don't know what you are looking for or anything about a car. This is not true in my case. I have been frustrated because of this in the past. The sales associate, Doug Knoch, did not talk down to me, respected my opinion, and was very informative and helpful. When I decided to make my purchase I asked to see him. He made easy work out of all the necessary paperwork and has since called me to make sure everything is running well and I understand how it works. Mike Pickett in finance made the loan process almost painless...almost ;). I highly recommend Doug Knoch, Mike Pickett and Heuberger Subaru for anyone looking for a vehicle. More
