I was set to get a car right after being abroad for the summer and the communication barrier, I knew, was sure to impede on what I would get to walk away with. However, the team was in my corner from beginning to end. My family initially was opposed to me getting a Subaru, but today it feels like the luxury vehicle I would have never gotten for myself in any willing situation. It is sturdy, reliable, versatile, and a car I know I can trust to take care of me and my family for years to come. It is perfect for date nights, road trips, packing up my teaching materials, and taking care of my lacrosse team's gear. It feels like not only the perfect car for my lifestyle, but also the vehicle that will truly protect me and those in my life. Jim made everything as easy as possible and was great at explaining some of the more difficult components for me; his patience and practicality is also fantastic. Mike also explained everything quite diligently - both of them are incredibly comfortable with what they do, and are passionate about being able to diligently help their customers. the staff member who delivered the car walked me through every setting, side button, and quality feature in a way that really saved me quite the struggle later down the road. I do not have his name written down, but he was a true life savor. My gratitude for this team goes beyond words. I have never interacted with such a quality customer support system, and I have absolutely no apprehensions about buying myself this car. Thank you Heuberger Motor!!! More

There was some discrepancy as to what was provided with the wheels I bought and what actually was included. Robert took care of making certain I was satisfied without me having to resort to speaking with a manager and he did so on his own volition without me having to make any demands. He KNEW I was dissatisfied and took care of the matter immediately. In addition to that, he offered to come to my house and see that everything was programmed and installed correctly and was actually there quite some time with no complaint, either verbally or as what would be evidenced by demeanor. I could not be more pleased with your dealership, primarily because of the efforts of Robert Migliore. More
