Mike was able to transfer an extended warranty from my old (totaled) car to the new one. I feel like I always come out as far ahead as is possible when buying a new car when I buy it at Heuberger. The best line of the day, from Karen, when I was whining that I didn't plan to buy a new car, but that we were caught in a 50-car pile-up in the mountains (my Subaru didn't hit anyone, but was hit by 2 other cars), "Subarus are supposed to give up their lives to protect their owners". (Yes!) More

Mike Pickett was our salesperson and took care us from when we walked through the door until we drove our new car off the lot. He was friendly, thorough and really knows Subarus. My husband was so impressed with Mike that when I saw the XV Crosstrek in orange (and HAD to have it), he sent me straight to Mike to buy the car on my own...he was so comfortable with our sales person that he didn't even accompany me! Mike again took care of everything and sent me on my way in our second Suburu! More

Tommy was great. He was easygoing, there was no pressure, he answered absolutely every question we had, and presented us with great options. We tortured ourselves over this purchase, because we are very frugal. I typically don't like the idea of eating all of the depreciation on a new car. However, these cars seem to hold their value so well (we purchased a 2014 Outback). After much thought, it made sense to pay the extra $4,000 - $5,000 to have the warranty and a chance at having all the service done on time. So really, these cars sell themselves. I think there's a reason why everyone and their grandmother drives a Subaru in Colorado. However, Tommy was great. My husband makes really obnoxious jokes.. Tommy was so relaxed and easygoing, he matched my husband's sense of humor and engaged him really well. That's just what we needed. Tommy spent at least two sessions with us.. that's at least a few hours. I'm really picky, and he went out of his way to find a vehicle that had the options that I wanted. In fact, I should have just bought it on that second visit. So far, I'm very happy with the service that we received. I love a salesman/saleswoman that can enjoy themselves and laugh at our bad jokes. More

Mike Pickett met me on the lot of Heuberger motors in Colorado Springs in March of 2013. I was looking to get my fiancee into an AWD vehicle as we are retiring to northern Idaho where there is significa Colorado Springs in March of 2013. I was looking to get my fiancee into an AWD vehicle as we are retiring to northern Idaho where there is significant snow fall in winter. I test drove a 2013 Outback. We didn't need a vehicle with a lot of added options but I was pleasantly surprised to find that even a base model was well equipped. I wasn't prepared to purchase at my first meeting with Mike because my fiancee is a nurse working in Texas and wasn't available to test drive. I told him that we would be back the second week of May but I stayed in contact with him via email and phone text. The exterior color my fiancee liked was a brown but there were none available. As it turns out we saw a brown Outback on the freeway and decided it wasn't a very good color. We met together with Mike for the first time on 13 May and he diligently searched the inventory for the color and trim level that she liked. We decided on a green, premium model with all weather option. My fiancee is new to the Colorado Springs area and felt quite nervous of traffic so Mike was kind enough for us to take it for an extended test drive. After a thorough explanation and demonstration how everything worked my fiancee and I conferred privately and decided to 'sleep on it' a few days and told Mike that he would have our decision by three days later. On 16 May we purchased our new Outback. I definitely put Mike through the 'paces' and he was very understanding and professional. At one point I told him that I wanted to get the car up on a lift in the maintenance bay so I could inspect the undercarriage. He jumped right on my request and within 10 minutes I was inspecting the 'business end' of our Outback. He walked us through the Owner's Manual and explained everything he had shown us on the car. He has kept in touch to ensure we are completely satisfied with the car. I would give Mike the highest rating for his professionalism and knowledge of his product. I'm sure that all Heuberger sales personnel are equally qualified but I would recommend any customers to ask for Mike. More

Mike had the exact Color and package already available when we pulled up for our appointment. We have always purchased Hondas in the past and we figured we would consider the Subaru. Mike was understanding on our comfort level and hesitation. He always recognized our concerns and concentrated on our needs and showed us the value in what Subaru offered. Even when we considered switching colors, Mike was very patient and made this purchase seamless. We spent 6 hours and Mike was very detailed and went through all the paperwork, manuals, and showed us how to work ALL the features of our new Subaru.
