Out of state buyer, Now a customer for life. Wow, these guys are a family, and they want you to be apart of it. I was never pressured into buying. I was taken care of all my questions answered, a Wow, these guys are a family, and they want you to be apart of it. I was never pressured into buying. I was taken care of all my questions answered, and a fair deal was made. I traveled from Texas, and the process was great. January took amazing care of me, along with the whole staff. It was a great experience, and I am now a life long customer. No matter where I live I will travel to purchase from Heuberger. More

Very Good! I had no idea that my transmission was going to go out on my beloved car. So when it did I looked online at some vehicles at Heuberger. Dave Anthony I had no idea that my transmission was going to go out on my beloved car. So when it did I looked online at some vehicles at Heuberger. Dave Anthony contacted me immediately and when I went in he showed me four vehicles and I ended up with an '02 Forester that was one owner, low miles, and well taken care of. We both felt it would fit my needs at this time and be a reliable vehicle for me. Dave knows his business and was not pushy. I would certainly recommend him to others needing a car. More

It Was Worth the Drive! I researched cars to finally replace my '98 Mazda 626 with 260,000 miles on the odometer. Heuberger Subaru was the third Subaru dealer I visited - las I researched cars to finally replace my '98 Mazda 626 with 260,000 miles on the odometer. Heuberger Subaru was the third Subaru dealer I visited - last chance for Subaru to convince me to become a customer, after visiting 2 other dealers in New Mexico. Lyle Wikner and the entire Heuberger dealership are committed to providing outstanding customer service, product information, and treating a potential buyer with kindness, consideration, and honesty. I decided I wanted my "new car buying experience" to be enjoyable, educational, and feel that I was well taken care of at the dealership I chose. Lyle and Mike (finance department) exceeded those expectations - so the 4 hour drive to Heuberger was worth the trip. Thank you Lyle and Mike. More

Knowledgeable sales professional. Great to work with! Karen is a great person to work with if you are considering a new Subaru. She knows her product and knows the process. Buying my dream STI, with less than perfect credit history. They say to never meet your heroes, but I finally got to meet the STI I've been dreaming of for 10+ years and I have to say my experience with the car They say to never meet your heroes, but I finally got to meet the STI I've been dreaming of for 10+ years and I have to say my experience with the car, and Heuberger, vastly exceeds all of my expectations. Every step of the way was nothing less than an amazing experience. I first got a prompt phone call from Eric Fruits after submitting my inquiry online, who then took quite a bit of time letting me know the difference between all the STI models and what they had available. When I arrived at the dealership Eric was with another client (I was so excited I just showed up without any kind of appointment), but Wendy Masson was more than happy to show me the car in the mean time. She even let me at least start it up, which was awesome since they don't allow test drives on the STI, which anyone looking to buy that specific model instantly appreciates knowing they will be the first one to really drive the car any distance (odometer read 5 miles). I only went in planning to put some money down to hold the car until I figured out my financing situation (borrowing money from a relative). I never expected to qualify for credit because of past credit troubles. Both Eric and Wendy encouraged me to just give it a go and try, what was the worst that could happen? This actually really surprised me as when you are someone with past bad credit you get a feel for how banks and such tend to look at you, and here I was applying to buy one of the most coveted cars on the lot. What I got instead of the, "are you kidding?" look that I half expected, was nothing short of extraordinary. I was treated with utmost respect and Eric walked me through every part of the buying process, and even hung out with me and chatted at their cafe area while we waiting for word on financing to come through. I was never left in the dark and Eric was awesome about answering any questions that I had. My next stop was with Mike in finance who was able to get me approved, worked with me on a down payment to get my monthly payments into the range I wanted, and got me an amazing rate that I never expected to qualify for. I worked hard the past few years on improving my credit, and Heuberger worked very hard to get me an awesome loan. Mike got me all squared away to come in and pick up the car the next day when I had the down payment. I wasn't going to be able to make it in till later in the evening on Saturday and Eric said he was already going to be gone by then, but setup for someone to help. Eric even called me Saturday afternoon to find out what time I'd be there and made sure Skyler Short was there waiting to get me into my car. I had to go back today to pick up some paperwork I had forgotten and Eric was there waiting for me, I was in and out within a few minutes. On my way out he told me he would get in touch with the window tinting company, and literally within no time I had an appointment that would work with my work schedule. The entire experience has been amazing and I'm looking forward to going back, for any reason! The staff is wonderful, the dealership itself is fun and inviting, and I know that anytime I go in I'll be well taken care of, and so will my car. More
