I can honestly say that Mike at O'Daniel's gave both my wife and I one of t car dealership, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of car sales. I can honestly say that Mike at O'Daniel's gave both my wife and I one of the best car buying experiences we have had. From my perspective, they did not try to up-sell us. They simply gave information about their services and allowed us to make an informed decision. They also greatly respected our time. There was no hidden fees or surprises. O'Daniel Ford was my first stop when I started searching for a new (used) vehicle. Mike was very easy to talk to and made it very easy to jump in and test a couple vehicles. After grabbing my info he basica for a new (used) vehicle. Mike was very easy to talk to and made it very easy to jump in and test a couple vehicles. After grabbing my info he basically just gave me the keys and let me do what I needed to do. After the test drive I went home and researched the 2018 Ford Explorer that I had an interest in. I search online at a 2-3 hour radius and could not find a better deal than what O'Daniel had. I ended up returning a week later and purchasing the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle I started to have some issues with the radio/GPS unit. I reached out the Mike and Nick and they assured me they would take care of it. It took a few visits to get the issue resolved, but Mike and Nick made it very easy by always providing a loaner vehicle. Overall I am very appreciative of all they did for me. I would easily recommend O'Daniel Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
