We don’t buy cars frequently-like every 12 years or so. With plans for road trips in our future, we knew it was time for a different vehicle. We knew we loved our Ford Edge, so with that in mind, we searched online for available used vehicles. That lead us to O’Daniel Ford in New Haven, where we met Mike Pocci. Mike made it clear that he wasn’t a stereotypical used-car salesman. His questions put us immediately at ease and made us feel comfortable that he had what was best for US in mind. He worked diligently to find vehicles that fit our criteria, printed out (without us asking) information on the vehicles we were interested in so we could comparison shop, offered insight into updated technologies since we’d last purchased a car, and took time to learn about US. We did.visit another Ford dealer to compare pricing, where our service was less than stellar. There we did meet with a stereotypical used car salesman who was condescending and made inappropriate jokes about “the wifey.” That sent us right back to O’Daniel Ford and Mike Pocci. Mike made the car buying process easy and painless, and we will plan on returning to see him when we buy our next vehicle in another 12 years!😊 We would highly recommend Mike for your car buying experience!
