Best In Fort Wayne Area After moving here to Indiana from the Philadelphia area and having used Only 1 Ford Dealer for over 15 years, I was in search of a New Ford Dealership After moving here to Indiana from the Philadelphia area and having used Only 1 Ford Dealer for over 15 years, I was in search of a New Ford Dealership. My first few years I choose another Dealer But really wasn't Happy. They were ok but Never Really made me Feel anything more then Just another customer. As my Lease for my 2016 vehicle was about to be Up, I began to search for another Ford Dealership. I was Just about to Give Up my search and Drive back to Pennsylvania to my Old Dealership to trade my Vehicle in. ODaniel Ford was going to be my Last Stop here in Indiana. Right Away I was greeted and made to feel Right at Home with Friendly Talk about my Interest by a Salesman (who's name I forget right now) I told him what I was Looking for and what my Interest were. I also told him that I only Stopped by because my neighbor had just purchased a vehicle and recommend the dealership & salesman Mike Pocci. To my Surprise the first salesman called Mike and passed me on to him and Gave Up a Sale he could have had Even though I told him he didn't have to call Mike that I was Comfortable with working with him. By doing that he Really made me Feel like the Entire Staff was a Family and Not just out for Themselves. After meeting Mike and Telling him my Interest we worked on the Numbers for a few Vehicles. (truth be told I felt sorry for Mike cause I was looking for certain features on the vehicle and had him pull keys for about 4 or 5 cars) Mike was Great and showed that he Didn't care how many vehicles I Looked at. He went back & forth working the Numbers for each Vehicle until I found the Vehicle I Wanted at a Great Price for me and NOT the one they wanted to get rid of. I will admit my Credit Score is Not the Best BUT Finance Manger Fought for me and Got Me a GREAT Price. In short, I have Found a Great New Ford Dealer that I can HIGHLY Recommend to anyone and Be PROUD to do so. I have Found a New FORD Home. More
