I am originally from the Chicago area, and moved to Fort Wayne in 2003 when I was in the restaurant field. He was very thorough from start to finish. Then there was Ryan, eager to assist and please. He has a smile and a personality that could light up a room. Low pressure, helpful, and just amazing! From the moment we walked up, Mike was genuinely inviting and very personable. We could tell Mike was just there to help us find the right car for us From the moment we walked up, Mike was genuinely inviting and very personable. We could tell Mike was just there to help us find the right car for us as by not trying to push something on us we didn't want but helped us find the right vehicle that suited our needs. This is the first time I didn't negotiate on price because I wanted Mike to get the full commission for a job well done. Financing was a breeze and everyone in the process was just genuine.
