Mike came out, greeted us, we told him of the situation and he advised us to ask the manager on what we should do as not to step on toes. Manager allowed us to work with Mike and it was the best experience. Was very real and honest with us. Showed us everything we wanted to look at. Informed us that if we wanted certain features in a vehicle we liked, that we could add that. Prior sales person never offered us any of the same suggestions. Donald, the sales manager was amazing to work with. He personally spoke to us many times and reassurance us the issues with our other vehicle would be taken care of. Overall they treated us very well and would recommend Mike to anyone. Carlos in finance was amazing also, we had made jokes and comments from when we were in there 2 weeks prior and he made it an easy and fun time for us again. Treated us like family. More

As a woman I hate going into a car dealership and being treated “like a girl.” That happened to me at a local dealership that I was trying to work with. At Olathe I was treated with common curtesy and respect and I in no way felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. That alone made the drive from Omaha, NE worth it. Once I got there, everything was easy 😊. They had it all gassed up and ready for my drive back home. I highly recommend them to do business with. More
