Purchased a limited 2019 ram from them a couple of nights ago. Salesman told me prior to a couple of weeks ago when we first went to look at the vehicle that it did come with 2 keys. Now I cannot get ahold o ago. Salesman told me prior to a couple of weeks ago when we first went to look at the vehicle that it did come with 2 keys. Now I cannot get ahold of my salesman what so ever. And the used car manager conor is telling me that more than likely there is no second key and i would have to purchase one. Personally I dont like being lied to. Called today to speak to whoever is above conor and he sent me to their voicemail which was full. I asked conor the used car manager if he can help track down the keys and he says that is not my job. Nice to know that olathe dodge employs managment that is unwilling to help the customer. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. More

Mike is very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, not high pressure, and worked with us to understand the features of our used car (a Toyota Prius). As expected, the financial guy tried to sell us an extende pressure, and worked with us to understand the features of our used car (a Toyota Prius). We live three hours away, so we would not be able to get the car serviced there. More
