I called around 15 Audi dealerships in Florida before calling Audi Coral Springs, so I think it’s safe to say Coral Springs is the best Audi dealership - at least in Florida! Mike Rakowski called me afte calling Audi Coral Springs, so I think it’s safe to say Coral Springs is the best Audi dealership - at least in Florida! Mike Rakowski called me after I made an online inquiry and took the time to understand my preferences. He looked and found the perfect car and provided such reasonable numbers. Mike was transparent, honest, kind, and helpful. There was no pressure or pushiness, which I really appreciated. We did our due diligence to figure out if we were getting the best deal possible and I can confidently say we weren’t cheated in any way. After we finalized everything and were about to drive off, my dad asked if the service department was open because the “add oil” alert recently came on in our other Audi. Although they were already closed, Mike himself did added some oil and checked and added air in the tires in our other car! In the future, we’ll definitely be back at Audi Coral Springs! 2nd Audi at ACS. Great concierge level service. Anthony made the entire process so easy. All I had to do was call, email my Commercial Credit App, and a few other typical documents and he took car Anthony made the entire process so easy.
