The Coral Springs facility is spectacular (functional, organized and beautifully maintained) and while farther from our home than the prior facility, is extremely easy to access. Know also that a prime reason that we continue to be big time Audi fans and Coral Springs customers is James Edmonds our service advisor - the only one we have had in 10 years - and his exceptional service department. It makes all the difference in the world to us - courtesy, professionalism, honesty, intimate product knowledge, all issues resolved the first time with very few issues beyond normal service, and going to the limit to meet every request and expectation.
