He didn't pressure us and, instead, let us make the right decisions as we had visited several other car manufacturers to compare with Audi. When it was time to wrap-up the deal, he got Geno Walsh involved to ensure we were satisfied. Even though this was a cash deal, Tony Carenza made sure we knew all of the options regarding financing or leasing in case we wanted to compare with a cash deal. Mike explained the service department's and other dealership awards which helped us decide that Audi Coral Springs was right for us. Mike has made several follow-ups to ensure we're satisfied. Audi Coral Springs has already surpassed the customer service we have received from another dealership where we purchased a 2012 Mercedes. More
