My name is Mike Rakowski. I am a Senior Audi Brand Specialist / Fleet Specialist at Audi Coral Springs. I am originally from Toronto, Canada. I went to Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida to pursue a degree in the Automotive Business. My time in Florida was supposed to be for 9 months (one semester) as the Canadian Automotive School I attended has an agreement to finish at Northwood. Essentially I jumped right to my senior year. I have now been living here in Florida for well over a decade, I never went back! After graduating in 2004 with my Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Automotive Marketing/Management I started with Audi. I have been at this dealership ever since. I am proud to be a part of the team at Audi Coral Springs, and the Audi Brand. I look forward to many great years of continued growth into the future.

Mike knew the brand very well. He had several good ideas for me. I told him I wanted to look at several other makes like Mercedes and Lexus and he never pressured me to purchase. This is now my second purchase from Mike at Audi Coral springs. I am already planning my third purchase of an A7 (down the road a bit). From first walking into the dealership, it was evident that customer service was key. Mike Rakowski showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push us in another direction. He looked for every way to make sure we were getting the best deal for our dollar and getting what we wanted. He didn't pressure us and, instead, let us make the right decisions as we had visited several other car manufacturers to compare with Audi. When it was time to wrap-up the deal, he got Geno Walsh involved to ensure we were satisfied. Even though this was a cash deal, Tony Carenza made sure we knew all of the options regarding financing or leasing in case we wanted to compare with a cash deal. Mike explained the service department's and other dealership awards which helped us decide that Audi Coral Springs was right for us. Mike has made several follow-ups to ensure we're satisfied. Audi Coral Springs has already surpassed the customer service we have received from another dealership where we purchased a 2012 Mercedes. More
